1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Bajee 999 ("we", "the platform", or "the company") and you ("member" or "user"). They apply to your use of the bajee999.ws website and any associated mobile applications.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To become a member of Bajee 999, you must complete the registration process. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

• Recent selfie or live photo
• Proof of payment method ownership

Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete. Bajee 999 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be terminated and deposited funds may be forfeited. If multiple family members share the same device or IP address, please notify the support team in advance.

4 Betting Rules

4.3 Live Betting Rules

For live betting, odds can change at any moment. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that point are considered final. Bajee 999 is not liable for bets that fail to submit due to internet connectivity issues.

5 Payment & Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposit

The following deposit methods are accepted at Bajee 999:

• Nagad — Minimum ৳200
• Rocket — Minimum ৳200
• USDT (TRC-20) — minimum equivalent of $5

Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5 minutes. If there is a delay due to banking issues, please contact the support team. Deposits sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

5.2 Withdrawals

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000 BDT
• Processing time: typically 5–10 minutes
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit

Bajee 999 may request additional verification during withdrawal processing. If fraud is suspected, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold.

5.3 Currency & Conversion

The primary currency on Bajee 999 is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. No additional charges apply for currency conversion.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Bajee 999 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. The general rules below apply to all bonuses. Each bonus also has its own detailed terms, which are listed on the relevant offer page.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require a specified amount to be wagered before withdrawal — this is known as the wagering requirement. Example: a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳30,000 in bets.

6.2 General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Each bonus may only be used once, unless stated otherwise
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first
• Bajee 999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bajee 999. Violating these terms and conditions will result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Money Laundering: Using funds from illegal sources on the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or false information to exploit the bonus system.
• Technical Manipulation: Using software, bots, or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraud: Using a false identity, forged documents, or another person's details.
• Server Attacks: Hacking, DDoS attacks, or any other form of cybercrime.
• Participation by Minors: Assisting anyone under the age of 18 in operating an account.
• Prohibited Conduct: Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward other members or staff.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closed by Member

You can close your account at any time by notifying our support team via email or live chat. Any pending bets or active bonuses must be settled before the account is closed.

8.2 Closure Initiated by Bajee 999

Bajee 999 may cancel or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• For breach of terms and conditions
• If false information is found during KYC verification
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• Due to legal obligations
• Suspected fraud or money laundering

If an account is terminated, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, though this may be put on hold while an investigation is ongoing.

9 Limitation of Liability

Bajee 999 always strives to provide reliable service; however, some situations may arise beyond our control. Bajee 999 is not liable for the following:

• Betting losses resulting from internet disconnection
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment systems
• Unforeseen technical failures or force majeure events
• If account details are compromised due to the member's own negligence
• Third-party software or device issues

10 Responsible Gaming Policy
